    We use two types of cookies: (a) Essential cookies — required for the application to function. These include authentication session tokens (managed by Supabase) and language preferences. These cookies cannot be disabled, as the application will not work without them. (b) Analytics cookies (optional) — we use PostHog to understand how users interact with the platform, identify errors, and improve the experience. These cookies are only activated with your explicit consent. Data collected includes: pages visited, clicks on interface elements, time spent, and browser information. All form fields are masked by default to protect your privacy.

    3. Third-party cookies

    We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. The only third-party services that may set cookies are: (a) Supabase — for session management and authentication; (b) PostHog — for usage analytics (only with your consent); (c) Stripe — during the payment process, for fraud prevention.

    4. How to manage your cookies

    When you first access our platform, you will see a cookie consent banner where you can: accept all cookies, accept only essential cookies, or configure your preferences individually. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser data. Additionally, most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings.     5. Legal basis (LGPD/GDPR)

    Essential cookies are used based on legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX of LGPD; Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR), as they are strictly necessary for the service to function. Analytics cookies are used based on your consent (Art. 7, I of LGPD; Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.

    6. Data retention

    Data collected by analytics cookies is retained by PostHog for the period necessary for analysis purposes, respecting the tool's retention policies. Session cookies expire automatically after the session ends or according to security settings.
